The Granary is situated on a quiet private lane opposite a church. Connected to a residential Barn it offers

SLEEPING

1st Floor

1 King. 1 Twin, 1 Double (with cot) leading to 1 Bunk room for children and 2 bathrooms with shower & bath.
The Sunroom connects the king and double rooms.

2nd Floor

1 Twin room with en suite bath room
1 King size room with en suite bath room.

All beds have duvets & throws and each has a supply of towels. Bed linen and towels are provided & replaced weekly.

Bicycles can be hired for £11 a day locally at Hungry Hill Nursery. They are complete with locks, pumps, repair kits and helmets can also be hired

The Foundary Arms Pub serves good food and is only 5 minutes walk away.

RECEPTION AREAS

There are 3 large reception areas
The Lounge has a 40" flat screen LCD HD TV & DVD player. There is a portable CD / tape player which spends most of it's time in the dining room.

The Family Lounge / Games Room also has an LCD flat screen TV with DVD player, lots of games and a dressing up box for those family shows! There is also an 8 foot snooker / pool table and a ' real bristle' dart board.

The Sunroom on the 1st floor provides a quiet place to read and enjoy the views from the large central upper window. Free WiFi access is available. The hub is in the family room on the 1st floor.

The table in the dining room will comfortably seat 12

All cooking implements, crockery, cutlery and tea towels etc are provided.

There is also a folding high chair and a bolster seat for babies/ children.

HEATING & HOT WATER

Old style radiators & a multifuel burning stove. keep the house very warm. The programmer is situated to the left of the louver doors in the kitchen.

GARDEN & PARKING

The garden is to the side of the property. It is completely enclosed and provides seating for 12 people,
There is also a small garden area to the front of the building

Parking exists for up to 4 cars (depending on their size) additional carparking can be found a few minutes away at The Village Hall or in front of the church opposite, ( apart from Sundays).

One of the features of the area is that it is extremely quiet and we respectfully ask that this is maintained by NOT playing music in the garden. For safety reasons barbeques are also not permitted.
