The family room links to both the main kitchen and the main lounge.
Like the rest of the house it has dark wooden floors and retains wooden beams and structures that remind us that the property was at one time a working granary and barn.
One end of the games room has a large comfy leather sofa and flat screen TV with DVD player and playstation.
The other end, has an old fashioned dart board, a heavy duty pool table and a
collection of games as well as a ' dressing up' box, with outfits for boys and girls ( and adults)!
For safety reasons the room is heated by old fashioned style radiators only, and the fire place is currently ornamental.
